Out of Hours service

In an ideal world, we would provide out of hours care here at the Olive Tree site but due to planning and business constraints, we are unable to provide this service. However, we have carefully chosen to partner with PETS at Newnham Court to provide this to our clients and their pets.

PETS provide a 24hrs service fully staffed with qualified vets and nurses and have access to top of the range kit and facilities so your pet can receive the necessary care required as a matter of urgency.

If you need us out of hours, please call our normal practice number which will directly transfer you to PETS who will assist you either with advice or with progressing to assessment at the PETS site.

There may be occasions when we recommend your pet is transferred to PETS for overnight care - we will talk you through this process if and when it arises and if you have any questions, the team will fully support you in the transfer.
